Mission Statement:
My number one goal is to provide you with quality products at a reasonable price that will help you have a more enriching outdoor experience.
Products:
All products are designed by me and completely handmade from start to finish by myself. My products are made from water-resistant durable fabric. I have strayed away from making light-weight pouches because I didn't feel comfortable sacrificing the durability of my bags.
Currently my products are not Berry Compliant, but I am working on creating products that are only sourced from materials made in the United States.
During my Imperfect Products Sale, not all my products will be made from water resistant materials as I am still learning how to create a quality product. However, by the time I fine tune my craft all my products will be made with water resistant X-PAC fabric and water resistant zippers.
I cannot guarantee quality control during my Imperfect Product Sale because as the title suggests, those products are not perfect because of small errors made during the creation process.
Shipping:
You can expect your products to be shipped within 5-7 business days after you order because I will have to make them from scratch. This does not necessarily mean that you will receive your product within 5-7 business days.
All products shipped in the United States will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9.00.
At this time I am not offering international shipping, but I hope to in the future when my shop takes off a little more.
Returns/Refunds:
All sales are final and at this time I am not accepting returns or refunds.

My Story
The Man Behind the Brand:
I am a person of many interesting experiences that has lead me to acquire many different interesting skills and hobbies. I am an avid outdoorsman who loves to hike, fish, hunt, raise cattle, garden, work on machinery, sight see, bird watch, and scout for new places of discovery.
I began sewing in 2019 when my wife was "gifted" a free sewing machine that a neighbor was going to take to the dump. This thing is so old and so unreliable that it not only shakes the table, but it also shakes the entire apartment when you use it. When I took it to a sewing machine repair shop, the repairman did his best but said it probably wouldn't last long and most likely would break if I used it too much. So, I did the most logical thing I could think of and started a business with it.
I had been shopping around for perfect outdoor products for years, but I realized I had a sewing machine. I watched a couple YouTube videos on sewing tactical gear and decided to take a swing at it. I quickly mastered the pull-out pouch and was finally able to make the perfect outdoor pouch that I had been trying to find for years.
That thing was so amazing my friends, family, and coworkers who were also outdoor enthusiasts began to ask me if they were for sale. After I saw there was a market for my unique water resistant pouches, I decided make an IG account to promote my latest hobby. When I gained even more interest, I decided to just go for it and that is how Brokenheart Supply was born.
